I'm a Functional Health Coach with Chronic Health Issues
Improving health or sleep isn't always linear, and it certainly isn't always fast. As a Functional Health Coach, I help families uncover the root causes of their sleep and health struggles. It was born out of my own long, winding journey with chronic health and sleep challenges. I know firsthand that improvement takes time, that frustration is part of the process, and that every attempt, successful or not, is a step forward.
Healing Takes Time (and That’s Okay)
When you’re struggling with ongoing health issues, it’s easy to feel defeated. You try something new, you give it time, and when it doesn’t work, you feel like you’re back at square one. But the truth is, every step, every test, every trial-and-error moment is moving you closer to where you need to be. It always tells us something.
I’ve been there. I’ve had moments where I thought I’d never feel better, where I questioned if I was missing something or if I was just stuck like this forever. But through every adjustment, whether in diet, supplements, lifestyle, or mindset, I was learning. Even when something didn’t work, it gave me valuable information about what my body needed. And I just needed to keep persisting.
There’s No One-Size-Fits-All Approach
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, both as a coach and through my own journey, it’s that what works for one person won’t necessarily work for another. The root causes of chronic health struggles are unique to each individual. Two people with the same symptoms might have entirely different underlying imbalances.
That’s why the approach always needs to be personalized. It’s not about handing out generic protocols; it’s about understanding the deeper layers; nutrition, gut health, nervous system function, blood sugar balance, lifestyle and more, to create a plan that actually makes a difference.
My Personal Experience Makes Me a Better Coach
Going through my own health struggles has shaped the way I work with families. I understand the frustration of searching for answers when no one seems to have them. I know what it’s like to feel like you’re doing everything "right" but still not getting the results you want. And I also know how powerful and relieving it is when you finally start to uncover what your body truly needs.
I’ve been in those shoes, I approach every client with a deep understanding of how complex healing can be. I don’t believe in quick fixes, and I won’t tell you to just "push through" when I know how exhausting it is to not feel well. Instead, I meet you where you are, helping you take sustainable steps toward better health, at a pace that works for you.
Keep Going—You're Closer Than You Think
